Dermatitis prevention

As the causes are not known so far, it is difficult to prevent the disease. The only thing that can be done is to modify some habits in children, such as trying to get away from tobacco smoke whenever possible or take care of the clothes that the child uses to dress, avoiding wool and nylon garments and trying to make them suitable. cotton.

It may also be a good idea to avoid humid and cold climates and cities laden with pollution. Dry and hot climates however benefit atopic dermatitis patients whether they are adults or children.
