  • Place the mixture in a bowl and make a hole in the center to place the egg, sugar, pinch of salt and baking powder.
  • The mixture prepared previously with the cassava starch is added and the dough is prepared.

  • Once the dough is finished, portions are taken, buns are made and the dough is stretched.
  • The oil is heated and once the cakes are prepared, they are fried. The result is a rich gluten-free dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr. of tuna in drained oil.
  • 1 egg.

  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (gluten free).
  • Garlic.
  • Onion powder.
